Healthdor.com may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Subscription Services

a. Offering of Services: Healthdor.com offers various premium subscription-based services, including Recipe Builder, Meal Planner, Health Diary, etc. These services are billed through Stripe.

b. Subscription Duration: All subscriptions are offered on a monthly basis.

c. Multiple Subscriptions: Users have the option to maintain more than one active subscription simultaneously.

d. Functionality Access: Each individual subscription grants access to specific functionalities on Healthdor.com. The scope and limitations of each functionality will be clearly defined in the subscription terms.

e. “Unlimited” Plan: Healthdor.com may offer an “Unlimited” (premium, VIP or other names) subscription plan that provides access to multiple functionalities across the site.

f. Agreement to Subscription Terms: By subscribing to any of these services, users agree to adhere to the specific terms and conditions related to the subscription. This includes, but is not limited to, payment terms, cancellation policies, and usage limitations.

g. AI-Generated Content Usage: The subscription services may utilize external AI technologies to generate content such as recipes, meals, and health recommendations. Users are advised that the accuracy and completeness of AI-generated content are not guaranteed, and such content should not be solely relied upon for making health or dietary decisions.

h. Functionalities and Usage Limitations: While each subscription grants access to specific functionalities on Healthdor.com, it's important to note that these functionalities are subject to usage limitations. This includes a cap on the number of requests or uses per day for each functionality.

i. Dynamic Caps and Quantities: The specified limits or caps on the number of daily requests for each functionality are not fixed and may be changed by Healthdor.com at any time, at our discretion. These changes could be in response to various factors, including but not limited to, system capacity, service demand, and operational considerations.

j. User Notification: Although Healthdor.com aims to inform users of any significant changes to the limitations or caps on functionalities, such notification is not guaranteed. Users are advised to refer to the website or their user account for the most current information on usage limitations.

k. Adherence to Limits: Users must adhere to the prescribed usage limits for each functionality. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your access to the functionality, as determined by Healthdor.com's discretion.

l. Subscription Renewal and Billing Cycle: i. Monthly Subscription: Each subscription plan on Healthdor.com is based on a monthly billing cycle. The subscription fee is automatically charged every month on the same date as the initial subscription start date. For example, if a user subscribes on the 10th of a month, subsequent monthly charges will occur on the 10th of each following month.

ii. Renewal Process: Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month. Users will be billed automatically through Stripe according to their chosen payment method.

m. Updating Subscription Details: i. Users can update their subscription details, including changing plans or updating payment methods, through their account settings on Healthdor.com. All changes are processed and managed through Stripe's customer portal.

ii. Effect of Changes: Any changes made to the subscription, such as upgrading or downgrading plans, will be reflected in the next billing cycle. Users are responsible for understanding the implications of any changes to their subscription, particularly how they affect billing and access to services.

n. Pre-Renewal Notification: i. Stripe may send email notifications to users as a reminder of the upcoming renewal date and payment. This notification typically occurs a few days before the actual renewal date.

ii. Healthdor.com advises users to ensure their email addresses are up to date and to check their email settings to receive these important notifications from Stripe.

o. Failed Payments: i. In the event of a failed payment, Stripe will attempt to process the payment again as per its retry policy. Users will be notified of any payment failures and subsequent retries.

ii. Continuous payment failures may result in the suspension or cancellation of the subscription. Users are advised to resolve any payment issues promptly to avoid disruption in service.

10. Cancellation Policy

a. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe portal accessible on Healthdor profile.

b. Subscribers must cancel their subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

d. If a subscriber is unable to access the cancellation functionality, they should contact Healthdor's support team via email at support@healthdor.com for assistance before their subscription(s) payment date(s).

e. Trial period: Healthdor operates on a freemium model, providing limited versions of features for free testing. Therefore, there is no separate trial period at the beginning of paid subscriptions.

11. Refund Policy

a. General Refund Policy: Healthdor does not generally offer refunds. Cancellation of a subscription will stop future payments but will not result in a refund of any previous payments.

b. Exceptions for Refunds:

  • i. Technical Issues: Refunds may be issued if Healthdor fails to provide its paid services due to technical problems for more than 5 consecutive days. This period begins from the date when the user sends an email complaint to support@healthdor.com.
  • ii. Extended Service Outage: If Healthdor fails to provide its services for more than 7 business days, a refund may be issued.
  • iii. Refund Limitation: Any refund issued will not exceed the last subscription fee paid for the plan. In cases where the user has an 'Unlimited Access' plan, service outages will not result in a refund.

c. Service Changes and Discontinuation:

  • i. According to section 9d.i, Healthdor reserves the right to change caps or discontinue features. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
  • ii. If more than 50% of the included features in a plan become unavailable for more than 7 business days, a refund may be considered.

d. Non-Usage: No refunds will be issued for users who have paid for a service but choose not to use it, regardless of the frequency of use.

e. Cancellation Timing and Payment Notification:

  • i. Subscribers should cancel their plan before the next due payment to avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle.
  • ii. Notifications for upcoming payments are managed by Stripe. Healthdor does not guarantee email notifications for impending payments.

12. Support Services

a. Availability and Response Time: Healthdor.com strives to provide timely support to its users. While we do not guarantee 24/7 support, our goal is to respond to customer inquiries sent to support@healthdor.com within 2 business days.

b. Resolution Time: The time taken to resolve issues can vary depending on the complexity of the problem, the clarity and detail of information provided by the user, and the current volume of support tasks. Healthdor cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for resolving issues.

c. User Responsibility in Reporting Issues:

  • i. Users experiencing issues with their profiles or other site functionalities are encouraged to be proactive in reporting these problems.
  • ii. When contacting support, users should provide detailed information about the issue to facilitate a quicker and more effective resolution.
  • iii. Communication must be from the email address associated with the user's Healthdor account. This helps in verifying the identity of the user and in addressing the issues more efficiently.

d. Account Recovery:

  • i. Users who have lost access to or forgotten their registered email must follow the account recovery process guided by Healthdor's customer support.
  • ii. Healthdor reserves the right to reject claims for account recovery if the user cannot sufficiently prove ownership of the account or if there are security concerns.

13. Medical Advice Disclaimer

a. Nature of Information Provided: Healthdor.com may offer health and medical advice, including but not limited to nutrition, diet, wellness, and fitness information. It is important to note that this information is provided for general informational purposes only.

b. Professional Consultation: Before acting on any information provided by Healthdor.com, users are strongly advised to consult with a qualified healthcare professional. This is particularly important for users with pre-existing health conditions, those on medication, or those who require specialized dietary advice.

c. Limitations of Information: The information provided on Healthdor.com, including that generated by AI, may not be comprehensive or entirely accurate. Users should be aware that AI-generated content might contain inaccuracies or be incomplete. The responsibility to verify any information obtained from Healthdor.com lies with the user.

d. User Responsibility: Users acknowledge that relying solely on the health and medical advice provided by Healthdor.com is done at their own risk. Healthdor.com is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of information obtained from the site.

  2. A single registration may be used on up to two devices.

  1. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their profile, including the use of secure passwords, devices, and best practices such as Two-Factor Authentication.
  2. Healthdor.com is not responsible for any breach that results from the user's failure to secure their account information adequately.

f. Account Deletion:

  1. Users may delete their profiles through the profile settings on Healthdor.com. Deleting a profile will result in the permanent removal of the user’s data and all associated information from the site.
  2. Healthdor.com does not provide a data download service. Users are responsible for saving or storing their data independently before deleting their account.
  3. Once an account is deleted, all associated resources and data will be irretrievably deleted. Users are advised to download any data or information they wish to retain before proceeding with account deletion.

15. Force Majeure

Healthdor.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, or any other cause beyond the control of Healthdor.com. This includes failures or issues arising from external services, such as AI technology, which Healthdor.com relies on for certain functionalities.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

a. Healthdor.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if they are found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities.

b. Actions that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, abuse of our services, security breaches, and activities that harm other users or the reputation of Healthdor.com.

c. Users will be notified of the suspension or termination of their account, along with the reasons for such action.

17. Changes to the Terms of Service

Healthdor.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will notify users by updating the date at the top of the Terms of Service and, where feasible, through an email notification or announcement on our website. e. User Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date. Users should review and manage their payment details directly through the Stripe customer portal.

f. Compliance with Stripe's Terms: By opting to use the subscription services on Healthdor.com, users agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of use, as Stripe is our official payment processing partner.
