Considering the versatility of the "Health Diary" as seen in the screenshots, several insightful features could be introduced to enhance its functionality. As a user of the diary, I'd find the following additions quite beneficial:
The diary could offer a weekly or monthly analysis of physical activities, highlighting days and times when I'm most and least active. This would help in planning and sticking to the most effective exercise routines.
An insight into my meal types and frequencies over time would be great. It would be even better if the diary could give a nutritional breakdown of my food logs, perhaps with macronutrient trends.
