Overcoming health anxiety and guilt through therapy and self-care has been a life-changing journey for me.

Growing up, I was always a worrier. I would constantly stress about my health, convinced that every ache and pain was a sign of a serious illness. This fear and anxiety only intensified as I got older and began experiencing real health issues. I would spend hours researching symptoms online, convinced that I had some rare, life-threatening disease. Every doctor's visit would leave me feeling more anxious and guilty, as if it was my fault for not taking better care of myself. It wasn't until I hit rock bottom, experiencing panic attacks and constant dread, that I realized I needed to seek help. Through therapy and support from loved ones, I learned to manage my health anxiety and let go of the guilt. I now prioritize self-care and have found peace in knowing that I am doing everything I can to take care of my well-being.
