A group of women came to my aid when I had a heart attack while out for a run, and their quick actions saved my life.

I remember it was a sunny day in May when I decided to go for a run in the park. As I was jogging along the trail, I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my chest. I tried to push through it, but it only got worse. I knew something was wrong, so I stopped and sat down on a nearby bench. I was clutching my chest, trying to catch my breath, when a group of women who were also out for a walk noticed me. They rushed over to me and asked if I was okay. I could barely speak, but I managed to tell them that I was having chest pains. Without hesitation, one of the women called 911 while another stayed with me, offering words of comfort and reassurance. The paramedics arrived quickly and rushed me to the hospital. It turned out that I was having a heart attack, and if it weren't for the quick thinking and help from those ladies, I might not have made it. I am forever grateful to them for their kindness and assistance.
