Hi folks! I haven't words to say "Big Thanks" to you. I hope this will not be too dramatic. I've always been someone who pays attention to my health, but skin health was a bit of an afterthought for me. That changed dramatically a few days ago. I decided to try Healthdor's Skin Scanner feature.

Just out of curiosity. Nothing special in my mind.

I stumbled upon the Skin Checker, because I'm passionate about AI tools. I decided to use it unethically, like uploading some fake images but I don't know why decided to capture a mole on my arm that I had noticed was changing in appearance (but it was months ago).

Following the tool's instructions, I uploaded a series of high-resolution images of the mole. The Skin Checker analyzed the images as promised and SURPRISE! It suggested that there were characteristics in the mole that could be concerning and recommended a consultation with a dermatologist.

To be honest I laughed but after a few days though "what if"...Taking the advice seriously, I booked an appointment with my dermatologist (and waited for 2 weeks, living in Colorado). During the examination, my doctor confirmed that the mole exhibited signs that could potentially lead to melanoma if left unchecked. Hearing the word 'melanoma' was a wake-up call. My dermatologist explained that early detection was key in treating such conditions effectively and that we had caught it at a stage where intervention could prevent further development into something more serious.

The treatment plan was straightforward but crucial. The mole was removed in a minor surgical procedure, and I was advised to monitor my skin regularly and follow up with periodic dermatological check-ups. The experience was a bit unnerving, but I felt a profound sense of relief knowing that I had taken action at the right time.

Reflecting on the experience, I'm incredibly grateful for the role of the AI. My dermatologist asked why I got suspected and a bit was suspicious about AI.

This incident has profoundly changed my perspective on health monitoring. I'm now more vigilant about my skin health and more appreciative of the innovative tools available.

Big thanks. I'll continue my subscription on Healthdor with respect! Hug you

It's great that you're taking steps to improve your health and fitness! Starting a new workout routine can be challenging, but it's important to remember that progress takes time and consistency. Don't be too hard on yourself if you don't see immediate results. Stay patient and stay focused on your goals.

Remember to listen to your body and give yourself time to recover after intense workouts. Rest is just as important as exercise when it comes to overall health and fitness. Make sure to stay hydrated and fuel your body with nutritious foods to support your workouts.

It's also helpful to find a workout routine that you enjoy and that fits into your lifestyle. Whether it's running, yoga, weightlifting, or dancing, find an activity that brings you joy and makes you feel good. Consistency is key, so find something that you can stick with in the long run.

Lastly, don't forget to celebrate your progress along the way. Every small victory is worth acknowledging and celebrating. Whether it's lifting a heavier weight, running a little farther, or feeling more energized, take pride in your accomplishments.

Well, let me tell you about my experience with this...

I used to suffer from chronic migraines for years. I tried everything from medication to alternative therapies, but nothing seemed to work. Then, a friend recommended I try acupuncture. I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to try anything to get relief.

After just a few sessions, I started to notice a difference. The frequency and intensity of my migraines decreased significantly. I couldn't believe it. I continued with regular acupuncture sessions, and eventually, my migraines were almost non-existent.

It's been several years now, and I still go for acupuncture every month as a preventative measure. I truly believe it's been a game-changer for my health.

Of course, this is just my personal experience, and everyone is different. But for me, acupuncture has been a lifesaver.

I used to suffer from chronic migraines for years, and I tried everything from prescription medications to alternative therapies. Nothing seemed to work until I stumbled upon the benefits of regular exercise.

At first, I was skeptical that something as simple as exercise could make a difference in my migraine frequency and severity. But I decided to give it a try, and I started with just 30 minutes of brisk walking every day.

After a few weeks, I noticed that my migraines were becoming less frequent and less intense. I also found that I was sleeping better and feeling more energetic overall. I gradually increased the intensity of my workouts, incorporating strength training and yoga into my routine.

Now, several months later, I can proudly say that I have gone weeks without a single migraine. I truly believe that regular exercise has been the key to managing my migraines, and I can't imagine going back to a sedentary lifestyle.
