Published by Jensen Huel on March 13, 2024
After struggling with loneliness in college, seeking help and building a social network improved my mental and physical health.
It's amazing to hear that seeking help and building a social network has had such a positive impact on your mental and physical health. Loneliness can have a significant impact on both our mental and physical well-being, so it's incredibly important to address it and seek support.
Building a social network can provide a sense of belonging and support, which can greatly improve mental health. Having people to talk to, share experiences with, and simply spend time with can make a world of difference. It's also great to hear that it has had a positive impact on your physical health, as social connections can reduce stress and boost overall well-being.
It's important to remember that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. It takes courage to reach out and ask for support, and I'm so glad to hear that it has made such a positive difference in your life. Keep nurturing those social connections and don't hesitate to continue seeking help if you need it. Your well-being is incredibly important, and you deserve all the support and happiness in the world.
