Directions
Step 1
Cook the bacon and sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2
In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper and onion until softened. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until scrambled.
Step 4
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Step 5
Assemble the burritos by placing a tortilla on a plate. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, followed by bacon, sausage, sautéed vegetables, and shredded cheese. Roll up the tortilla tightly.
Step 6
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
Step 7
Serve the loaded breakfast burritos warm and enjoy!
