Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel and dice the peaches.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy.

Add the olive oil and honey to the egg mixture and mix well.
Step 6
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 7
Fold in the diced peaches.
Step 8
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
