Directions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, water chestnuts, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
Step 2
Form the mixture into patties of desired size.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 4
Serve the patties hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
