Red Bell Pepper

yellow bell pepper
2 medium
zucchini

Mushrooms

Fig

balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp
soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Salt
0.5 teaspoon
Black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add sliced red and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet.
Step 4
Stir-fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Step 5
Add sliced figs, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
Step 6
Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the figs are slightly softened.
Step 7
Serve the Balsamic and Fig Vegetable Stir Fry hot as a main dish or as a side.
