Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix together the bran, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the raisins.
