Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 4
Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
Step 5
Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
