cider
4 cloves
garlic

Rosemary
2 tsp
Thyme
2 tbsp
honey
2 tbsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
Salt

Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the cider, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb chops and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Step 3
Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a small saucepan, combine the reduced cider, honey, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened.
Step 5
Brush the glaze onto the grilled lamb chops and serve.
