Directions
Step 1
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
Step 2
Cook the chicken breast and slice it into strips.
Step 3
Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it.
Step 4
Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
Step 5
Dice the tomatoes.
Step 6
Slice the avocado.
Step 7
Crumble the blue cheese.
Step 8
In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
