Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 5
Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil and pour the batter into the pan.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
