Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.

Add flour and salt to the saucepan. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

Add eggs to the mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.
Step 6
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small mounds.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shells are golden brown and puffed.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let the shells cool completely before filling.
