Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano to make the marinade.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
Step 4
Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and the chicken to become more tender.
