Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, honey, yeast, and salt.

Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Step 4
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf in a greased bread pan.

Cover the bread pan with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 8
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 9
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
