Directions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the juice of two lemons to the skillet and stir to combine.
Step 4
Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the lemon sauce.
Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 6
Serve the lemon pasta hot and garnish with lemon zest and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
