Seitan
1 c
orange juice
2 tbsp
soy sauce
3 cloves
garlic
1 tsp
Ginger
1 tbsp
cornstarch
2 tbsp
vegetable oil
2 stalks
Green Onions
1 tsp
orange zest
1 tsp
Salt
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well to make the marinade.
Step 2
Slice the seitan into thin strips and place them in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated seitan and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sliced green onions and orange zest to the pan. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the Orange Seitan hot with rice or noodles. Enjoy!
