Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mash the banana and mix in the Greek yogurt, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 5
Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before serving.
