Directions
Step 1
Grill the chicken breast until cooked through.
Step 2
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
Step 3
Toast the wheat sub rolls.
Step 4
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each sub roll.
Step 5
Layer lettuce, tomato, and onion slices on the mayo side of the sub rolls.
Step 6
Place the sliced chicken breast on top of the vegetables.
Step 7
Drizzle buffalo sauce over the chicken.
Step 8
Place a slice of cheese on top of the chicken.
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Close the sub rolls and serve.
