lobster sauce
3 cloves
garlic

Ginger
3 tbsp
soy sauce

chicken broth
Directions
Step 1
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for a minute.
Step 5
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, mix the lobster sauce, soy sauce, and chicken broth.
Step 7
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the shrimp.
Step 8
Simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Step 9
Serve the shrimp with lobster sauce hot.
