Directions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Step 4
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 10 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small loaf.
Step 6
Place the shaped loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with a damp cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 8
Bake the loaves in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 9
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
