Directions
Step 1
Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.

In a separate pot, heat the spicy ramen broth.
Step 3
Slice the vegetables and cook them in the spicy ramen broth for a few minutes.
Step 4
Cook the protein (e.g. pork, tofu, chicken) separately and add it to the spicy ramen broth.
Step 5
Boil an egg and slice it in half.
Step 6
Assemble the dish by placing the cooked ramen noodles in a bowl, pouring the spicy ramen broth with vegetables and protein over the noodles, and topping it with the boiled egg.
