Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until finely ground.

In a shallow dish, mix the ground hazelnuts and bread crumbs.
Step 4
In another shallow dish, beat the egg with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Dip each tilapia fillet in the egg mixture, then coat with the hazelnut and bread crumb mixture.
Step 6
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Step 7
Add the coated tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Step 8
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the tilapia is cooked through.
Step 9
Serve the Tilapia Nocciola hot with your favorite sauce or garnish.
