Directions
Step 1
Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and cook until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable broth, cornstarch, water, salt, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet.
Step 5
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Serve the Vegetable Feast with Dark Sauce hot, and enjoy!
